Looking to do a Trade / Barter Single Family house in Dania Beach off Griffin near major highways and the Hard Rock Hotel with dock on canal that connects directly to the ocean with no low bridges. We will provide the dock usage FREE of charge so you can access and use your it as needed. In exchange you would allow our family to use your boat when you are not using it, up to a few times a month (4). If interested, please text your contact and boat details with some photos. No Sailboats, no eye sores. We also have a floating jet ski dock available for barter. Pricing note — the daily rate shown is an estimate based on the owner's monthly rate; minimum stay: 1 month.
