Located in Saint Augustine Florida, near Tocoi on the wide area of Saint Johns River across from Palatka Florida. We have plenty of parking, including covered parking, a small boat ramp on site to get your boat into the water, if boat is too big for our boat ramp, there is a public boat ramp a couple of blocks down to get the boat into the river to motor over to the dock and lift. The lift has a remote, for easy access from the water. You have access to your boat and the dock 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The dock has running water, a shower, and electricity, it also has shrimp lights, feel free to fish or hang out on the dock anytime you wish. The boat lift/dock does have camera's on 24 hours for your boats safety, but highly recommend you get your own camera to install if you would like to see it remotely at all times. Wi-fi does reach out to the end of the dock. Boat Lift handles up to 4000lbs, Boat cannot be longer than 21 feet and max 8 feet wide. Lift is set up for both Pontoon boats and regular boats.
