Side door for 24hr access along with 1 spot for designated parking. Freshwater shower at side of the house to rinse off after salt water activities. Slip is located 3 minutes from fuel station (Complete Marine) near US-1 and Atlantic Blvd. They have mechanics that service boats (dry dock) along with Mercury, Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, etc inboard/outboard engines repairs. There are also a couple of live bait shops, a West Marine and Custom Rod & Reels all within a 3 mile or less radius. Its about a 15-20 minute cruise to Hillsboro Inlet along the intracoastal.
