Location is nice and secluded and has a Key West Vibe. I am negotiable on the price for usage of the boat. That is not required just an option. About 15 minutes to the main intracoastal and another 15 minutes to the Hillsborough Inlet. Really nice ride to the main intracoastal. Great fishing on the canals on the way there. There are 27 different species of fish and the water is brackish where dock is located. Plenty of extra parking for you and friends going out on the boat. There are 2 fixed bridges on the way out and the depth goes from 8-13 feet depending on the tide.
