This is a concrete dock with two - 100 AMP single phase and two - 50 AMP power pedestals. Driveway to dock for fuel bunkering. CCTV cameras so safe and secure Security Deposit is required. No permanent Liveaboards but temporary captain staying aboard AOK. Rate Details: $2.00/ft/night with a 31 night minimum requirement. Rate does not include electric and water, these will be billable directly by slip owner. Garbage/sewer included with a security/utility deposit required, payable directly to owner. Pricing note — the daily rate shown is an estimate based on the owner's $5,000/month rate; minimum stay: 1 month.
