This is a perfect location. The bay is a 2 minute ride to the end of the canal with Tampa Bay and the Gulf just 10 minutes away. Nice neighborhood with The Clam Factory and a liquor store at the entrance. There is also a floating dock and retractable ladder for ease getting in and out of the water. Please ensure you know how to tie your lines to deal with the tides. There are iron tie downs located just beyond dock for safer and more secure tie-up during a storm.
