We have 40 feet of space available on our sea wall with cleats and hurricane fenders plus water and electric a little bit up the New River near downtown Fort Lauderdale. We are looking forward to hosting experienced sailors and motor boats 40 feet and under, but please be mindful our draft cannot accommodate most sailboats as it is only 3.5 feet or so in low tide, but we have no fixed bridges on the way to our dock. Generally we don't allow liveaboards but we are open to a person staying 1 to 2 nights per month only if needed. Pricing note — the daily rate shown is an estimate based on the owner's $200/month rate; minimum stay: 1 month.
