A Florida "Hurricane Hole" location - Surrounded by land on three sides, a very safe and secure mooring location. Located at the Top of the Anchorage in the beautiful Lake Worth lagoon. Bonus features! I live in the high-rise condo that overlooks this lagoon and I will have a perfect view of your boat 24/7. I will personally be able to keep an eye on your boat when I am at home. You can always contact me and have me give you a “birdseye view report” of your boat and let you know that it’s A-OK 👍🏻 The mooring is built next to the deep water channel, that runs through the Lake Worth Lagoon. It is accessed by way of the the Palm Beach Inlet to the south or the Jupiter inlet to the north. There is a 65' high, fixed bridge (Blue Heron Bridge) if you are approaching the Lagoon from the South. If you require greater clearance, please enter via the Jupiter Inlet located to the north of my location and sail south to reach me. All of the bridges coming from that direction are drawbridges and fully open. PEAK HURRICANE SEASON - August 1 through October 31 The typical Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. Hurricane event/mooring damage/security deposit: If a hurricane event is forecasted and you choose to stay on mooring, an additional $500.00 security deposit will be required. There are many marinas, overnight slips for rent and marine supply vendors throughout the vicinity that can provide services for all of your boating requirements. There are many services and amenities offered throughout the area. No amenities are included or provided by renting my mooring, other than the usage of the mooring/anchorage system and the usage of the free, public dinghy beach.
